I'm talking FREE RENTAL SPACES. Vendors - this is for you. (organizers, I'm coming for you next). Sounds alluring, right?  I mean, we all want free stuff! Budget (especially when starting out) is everything. Free rental! Accepting ALL vendors! Might sound like a dream.... butttt - there are steps you NEED to take before taking all the products you've worked so hard on (or spend a good amount of money purchasing) and exploiting your work and your brand. QUESTIONS. Ask.All.The.Questions. •What does your marketing look like? •What type of vendors do you accept? •Do you overlap vendors in the...

Stop wasting money on fucking business cards. #SorryNotSorry I know, I know... "Professionals" have business cards    - Your Mom  (someone please point me in the direction of who deemed people professionals) Me: What's the goal of a business card? Connection... right? YEP. I said it. You can have s GREAT idea.  A perfect product. A beautiful display. But are lazy when it comes to TELLING people about your product, where you're popping up, how to get a hold of you - then you can continue to admire your great products and beautiful displays because how are you going to SELL any of it? I learned a long time ago, to be able to survive as a business - you HAVE to be willing to work with other businesses.  My business only reaches so far, when I allow myself to work as...
